Weaving Dreams, Preserving Heritage | Join Us in Sustaining Tboli Living Traditions
The story of how Cecille Castillon-Weinstein’s 2019 advocacy for Tboli artisans in Lake Sebu grew from the Dreamweaver Project into The Dreamweaver Collective.

In 2019, our founder Cecille Castillon-Weinstein started ‘The Dreamweaver Project’ out of her passion for advocacy, fashion, and her deep love for the Tboli people. She donated 100% of her Mrs. Philippines America 2019 cash prize to provide raw materials, equipment, and loom repairs to artisans of her birthplace, Lake Sebu.
Around the same time, she and her high school classmates raised additional funds to purchase products from artisans of the Tboli municipality, which she brought to the U.S. to sell. Income earned was sent back to the community to reinvest in their craft.
That first step planted the seeds of what has now grown into ‘The Dreamweaver Collective’. Today, TDC is sustained by donors like you - people who believe in preserving culture, empowering artisans, and weaving heritage with hope.
Support our work by contributing to our fundraiser. Together, we keep the dreams of the Dreamweavers alive.
